1. Costa Rica Workshop dates are set: April 30 – May 7th… and a special Thanksgiving week retreat Nov19 – 26. Enroll early for these elite ‘Myoskeletal Certification’ workshops.
2. Erik Dalton will only be teaching 4 strategically located USA workshops in 2011. We need your help deciding where we’re needed most. Please reply if your State’s CEU recertification is due next year. We know Florida therapists need their CE renewals so we’ll be there. Are there any other States with 2011 CE deadlines?
Detailed workshop descriptions will soon be posted at www.daltonworkshops.com or www.takemyregistration.com.
Meantime, to reserve a space for either the Spring or Fall Costa Rica Retreats, call Michael at 800-766-1942. A $300 deposit will reserve your spot.

We have had many requests to expand our workshops in Costa Rica. Instead of having our normal 1 per year workshop there… we are having 2 in 2011. One in the spring and one in the fall… These workshops always max out and the accommodations fill fast… especially the tentilows. These are nice tents with wood floors and the same comfy beds as the more expensive rooms. Anyway, if you have not experienced one of these life/business changing events… now you have a choice. I will be taking it a little easier on the workshop circuit in the US next year. Instead of one a month… we will have 4 strategically located workshops. I plan to spend some time on research and writing. Call Michael at 800-766-1942. Reserve your space in either workshop for just $300. See you in Costa Rica… Erik Dalton.

I use these assisted stretching routines to finish each neck and head pain session. These routines are excellent for joint fixations, nerve pinches, TOS, dowager’s humps and forward head postures. Taken from my Volume 2 Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment Home-Study course.
